Continued Use of Holysync

It has been several months since I did a Holosync update, so I thought it was about time again.
I began using the Holosync product back in October of 2007. I have been using it fairly religiously ever since, with the exception of a brief period of time when the dog ate my headphones (really!). I have progressed through a couple of CDs during that time.
Initially, I did admit feeling dizzy and sometimes a little nauseous. That did subside over time. I attribute that to the binaural beat. In a nutshell, there is a steady pulse in each ear, but each ear is on slightly different frequency. This causes you to perceive a pulse and is one of the major components of the program. Unfortunately, it can be a little disorienting initially.
During my time with Holosync, I do feel like I have gotten results. I had acquired the product in hopes of helping with near-crippling anxiety attacks. I feel like I have really improved in that area. Once I got a month or so into the program, I cannot recall having anything more than a minor anxious feeling. Nothing like before, where I would be laid up for hours and occasionally hospitalized.
I have also noticed that I have far less trouble sleeping at night. I would often lay awake for hours after I laid down, random thoughts buzzing in my head. Not all were bad, but they sure did keep me from sleeping. I listen to the Holosync program in the evening, and my mind is far calmer when I do go to sleep. I do not feel any loss in creativity or production. I have actually improved in both, taking on a couple of new projects and improving performance in some old ones.
I should also mention that it was not as if my life “calmed down” during this period. I still faced many of the same challenges that threw me off before. It just doesn’t get to me like it did before. I am better able to view it as a bump and not as a wall. I continue to recommend Holosync.
