Holosync Update

An update to my Holosync experience.

I have know gone to the next level of the program, which means I am listening for about an hour each day. I experimented, briefly, with listening to the CD in bed before I got up. While I think it is better than NOT listening, it was definately not the same. Ideally, I would listen as soon as I got home from work. But that is tought, as my wife is just heading to work as I am getting home and our two boys need attention. So plan B is to listen after they go to bed.

 I did have a bit of an anxiety attack over the weekend…nothing paralyzing but I was definately racing. This was the first time I have had one since I had the Holosync program and I went to my office and listened to the CD. In half an hour, my mind was totally calm. My expeirence with the program is that a little before teh half hour mark I am definately in a focused, meditative state. I don’t feel it coming, I am not even really aware that I am in it. It is almost like sleep…but you you are aware of stuff that happens around you (which is why a quiet, calm environment is important). I snap back into alertness when the first track ends, and the second one begins. Since this track is new to me, I won’t report on it just yet (got to give it a chance to work).
