Holosync Update

I haven’t done a Holosync update in a while, and wanted to contuniue to share that process with you.

I do continue to use the Holosync program level daily. Regular readers may have noticed that the Holosync link is no longer up, but that was mearly part of me re-evaluate the links on this site. I didn’t like the placement, and I was having some trouble getting it to work anywhere else. I’ll put it back up once I work that out.

Anyway, I did hit a sort of rough spot, something the Holosync FAQ referes to as “emotional turmoil”. Basically, as the program starts to work it is building new neuroconnections. Sometimes these connections dredge up some unpleasent memories, and this results in a bit of turmoil.

It didn’t last very long, I noticed them for a few days and they melted away right after i realized what they were. Nothing horrible or anything, just felt my mind drifting to placed I don’t generally let it go.

This is actually a GOOD thing, thought it does sound unpleasent. We naturally push things down, forcing them into the darkest recesses of our minds. The problem with that is that they remain unresolved and dont go away. Eventually they will blow up again, usually at VERY bad times. It is like a pressure cooker. For a far better explanation of this, please look into “The Sedona Method”.

What Holosync is doing is releasing the preasure. This turmoil is unpleasent, no doubt, but it is forcing you to resolve the issue and move on. For some small & temporary discomfort, that event or memory forever loses it’s power over you.

What I have noticed is that each time I go through one of these rough pages I become calmer. I become harder to anger, cooler in stressful situations, and just all around more at peace.

I continue to be impressed with the Holosync program, and it’s effect on me.
